Canada is a diverse country in many ways, a feature Canadians are proud of, and celebrated for!
In order to celebrate our beautiful diversity, Crock A Doodle is hosting a special painting activity for the community, in honour of Culture Days. Visit the studio on Sunday September 29th between 10am and 12 pm, and contribute to a special fall themed piece that will represent the colours and diversity of our country.
Participants will learn all about the glazing and kiln-firing process, and be able to try a special leaf imprinting technique. Paint-your-own-pottery is a hands-on creative experience for every age and every ability. Painters will create a leaf design to our diversity inspired piece, each as unique as the artist who added it.
Our colourful, community masterpiece will be on display temporarily at the Brantford Tourism Centre for everyone to enjoy.
