About

Join Steven Botelho with ArtHouse for Children & Youth to create an upcycled component which you can later contribute to a large-scale sculpture at Milton Community Sports Park (Event Area A) during Milton Culture Days on October 9.

We live on a throw-away planet - microplastics are finding their way into the bellies of fish which can end up on our plates. Plastics discarded in landfill sites could take up to a thousand years to decompose. Plastic Pollution is a real issue - it's a threat to us and all we enjoy in this beautiful world.  Along with artist Steven Botelho, ArtHouse for Children and Youth invites you to join our visual call for action - our voices can be heard and it may not be too late.

Supplies required:

-recycled plastics like water bottles, pop bottles, one-use recyclable materials

-hot glue gun or other strong glue

-some acrylic paint with brushes

This is a Zoom workshop. Please log on with your full name visible.
