Come visit our craft studio/gallery in 'downtown' Bethany, just 20 min. west of Peterborough. Our working studio is in an early Ontario General Store over 100 years old. Come try your hand at tooling on leather with artist Paul Williams or decorating piece of a gourd shell with artist Beverley Williams and take home your special treasure. On display, you will see our handmade sculptural leather and metal wall art by Paul, photographic art by Walpeg Studios, functional leather belts and purses, wood burned-hard-shelled gourds by Beverley, soap stone carvings by Sandy Cline and intriguing wood carvings by Bill Van Koot and handmade copper jewellery by Lucya of The Tima Collection. You are invited to tour our SECRET GARDEN to see 12 different water features with sculpted metal fountains and garden art designed and built by Paul Williams. Hidden among the fountains and pretty flowers, children can find many delightful Faeries and watch the lively goldfish and real frogs in our big pond.

Open daily from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. during Culture Days. Hands on sessions are on-going most of the day.

Williams Design Studio, Beverley Williams

Paul and Beverley Williams are self employed professional artists working in various media, leather, fibre arts, metal sculpture, wood, cement, fibreglas and various stones. We design and build art pieces for private homes as well as public spaces on special order and will consult in depth with our clients to create a unique piece to achieve a beautiful at work that will last a very long time and be appreciated for generations. As award-winning artists, we established our business 'Williams Design Studio' in 1974 and have shared studio space in our workshop/gallery in Bethany since Jan. 1977.
