Veda Yoga HUNTSVILLE
Date and time
Huntsville Town Docks
Directions: Bring a mat, water and a blanket to Huntsville Town Docks on the Muskoka River, Downtown Huntsville.
Offered in English.
The beautiful Huntsville docks are the perfect setting for a gentle yoga and meditation practice. This is offered free to you by Veda Yoga - just bring a mat and a blanket. No need to have ever practiced yoga or be a human pretzel. You will be guided through some very gentle stretching and breathing techniques for the first half of the class and then relax, lie back, snuggle under your blanket and enjoy a guided meditation.
Bring a mat, water and a blanket. All levels welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary to start your Sunday with a yoga practice. Namaste 🙏
"The elements that inspire are still here" and we hope you can be here with us too.

Sarah Shaw is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner and Spiritual Counselor. These ancient healing modalities helped heal her from years of stress and anxiety, and more than that offered her a way of ‘being’ in a world that is far from perfect. She discovered how to access a place of calm and peace and joy — a very new and welcome experience for Sarah. It was such a transformation that she knew she had to share what she had learned with others. In June 2019 she opened her second studio location at 4 Brunel Road, Huntsville, ON.
“My passion is to help people who are stressed, lost or suffering to find peace and bliss — even when life is not going our way.” Sarah and her team are there to create a culture of love and compassion for their clients. Everyone is welcome.
