This day is filled with presentations and all sorts of opportunities to learn about Indigenous Culture. We have Pow Wow presentations with Champion Dancers and Singers, along with Bannock making, Beading, Ribbon Skirt Making, live art works from an Indigenous Artist, a Teepee and so much more. It will be a day filled with stories, activities and learning about this amazing culture. Everyone is welcome. ArtsForward Art & Cultural Centre's mandate is to provide art and cultural experiences to our diverse community. We work with the neighboring First Nation Communities to offer different educational sessions and are working on incorporating a Pow Wow into our Canada Day Celebration starting this year.
