About

Discover the artwork of the Acrylic Painters Group from the Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors! This exhibition showcases a diverse array of works created during the group’s weekly painting sessions, highlighting the artistic talents and creative journeys of senior artists.

The Acrylic Painters Group features a mix of seasoned artists and first-time exhibitors, each sharing their unique talents and creative visions through paint. This collection of artworks include captivating landscapes that transport viewers to tranquil scenes, still lives that celebrate the beauty in everyday objects, and abstract pieces that explore new perspectives.

As you explore this exhibition, you’ll witness the passion and dedication of these artists, whose years of experience and newfound inspirations come together in a rich display of colour

and form.

This exhibition was generously organized by participating artists Violet Bateman and David Mayhew.
