INDEPENDENT DANCERS

Rachelanne KOSATSKY practices dance without a preconceived notion to unearth the depths of our human experience. She has adored Contact Improvisation Dance for the past 20 years, and teaches it weekly. Practice has taught Rachelanne that her body's impulses move quicker than her thoughts when surrendering to the dance. Rachelanne is also a trained modern dancer.

Ian MOZDZEN zeros-in on a moment: when the undeniable impulse “to change” signals through the body. This moment Ian seeks to elaborate & extend through dances of space + duration. Ian has trained, practiced and performed all over the globe; and is currently doing so in Winnipeg. Ian has over 20 years of experience in a multitude of dance & theatre forms.
