The Woodbridge Village Farmers Market is a true community based farmers’ market that promotes local agriculture and new business ventures. Vendors provide the freshest, healthiest produce and artisan baked goods, empanadas and handmade skin care products.

On Saturday SEPTEMBER 23, the Woodbridge Village Farmers Market will be having a

PUMPKIN PATCH PHOTO DAY from 9 to 1 pm. Come take a family photo.

Then on Saturday OCTOBER 7, it will be HARVEST DAY on the Thanksgiving Weekend and the Woodbridge Village Farmers Market's last day.of operation. Come celebrate our farmers.

The Woodbridge Village Farmers Market

The Woodbridge Village Farmers Market is a friendly, big hearted market located on the northwest corner of Hwy #7 and Islington Ave., at the Woodbridge Pool & Memorial Arena parking lot. It was started to help support local growers and to bring community spirit to Woodbridge. It is a true farmers’ market since over 50% of the vendors qualify as farmers.

One of the main reasons it exists is to encourage the community to buy locally grown and harvested IN SEASON conventional and organic vegetables and fruit. The farmer vendors are passionate about their produce which includes honey,, garlic and greens. Visitors are also able to enjoy ready to eat empanadas, sausage rolls and freshly made sweets, breads and pies. The community spirit is evident as a free booth is offered to charity and service groups. .

Volunteers are always there to help with the many special events. It's a fun place for friends to meet and families to come Saturday mornings. The Market even sets up a kids’ colouring table at the Kids’ Club booth.

This market runs every Saturday, rain or shine, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. until Thanksgiving. There is plenty of free parking at Woodbridge Pool and Memorial Arena.
