What happens when you blend indigenous culture and classically trained musicians? You get an evening of words and music that will speak directly to your soul and soften your heart.
In Calgary, Sandra is a well-known singer-songwriter and has performed at many different venues across western Canada. She sings, writes, and plays in a variety of styles including folk, country, jazz and rock.
The Calgary Civic Symphony is Calgary’s volunteer orchestra composed of community members who play at a very high level. Sandra’s album “Cluster Stars” will be presented in a unique fashion with the participation of orchestral instruments.
This free concert is offered to allow you to experience truth and reconciliation through music.

The Calgary Civic Symphony has entertained Calgarians for 43 years. Begun as a venue for non-professional or retired musicians to play orchestral music, the CCS has grown steadily in both numbers and artistic excellence.
Sandra Sutter lives in Calgary and enjoys the rich cultural life of the city. She is a well known local singer songwriter and has performed at many different venues both in Calgary and western Canada. Sandra sings, writes and plays in a variety of styles including Country, Jazz and Rock.
