From the Garden Project 1- Introduction to Food Preservation: Pickling & Canning
Erin will teach participants about food preservation, including freezing, pickling, and canning. This month's project will involve making pickles. Limited pickling kits will be available for pick up at the Dr. Huq Branch Library prior to the program.
Pick up information and the Zoom link will be emailed to registrants.
