Pore through the Library's Local History Room archives on Saturday, September 21 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and learn interesting tidbits about the people and places that make up Orillia's musical past. Brief tours of the Local History Room are also available upon request. Everyone welcome.

The Orillia Public Library is a fully accessible community and cultural hub in the downtown which provides free access to books, magazines, DVDs, downloadable resources, Internet access and a Library of Things. Community members are welcome to participate in a wide variety of programs and events for all ages. We also house a large collection of print material and photos documenting Orillia’s storied past.
