Directions: Richmond Cultural Centre and Richmond Cultural Centre Annex are located in Minoru Park near the corner of Granville Avenue and Minoru Boulevard, close to major bus routes and within walking distance of the Canada Line Richmond-Brighouse station. The community facility includes a covered parkade with free 3-hour parking as well as bicycle racks near the entry areas.

The 2025 Richmond Culture Days Kick-off Weekend begins with an opening ceremony hosted by Mayor Malcolm Brodie, featuring a musical performance by Richmond Delta Youth Orchestra and remarks from community leaders and organizers. Explore the Richmond Cultural Centre, Annex and Minoru Precinct Hub throughout the afternoon where inspiring participatory activities, demonstrations, events, exhibitions and workshops will be happening in studios and public spaces.
