About

The Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre will be inviting various cultural groups to participate in the event's three-day celebration to showcase the interconnected nature between practicing arts and one's well-being.

The event will begin with a kick-off on Friday, September 27. There will be greetings from local area politicians and community representatives, cultural food demonstrations, and cultural performances that include Chinese, European, and Canadian groups. There will also be a calligraphy art exhibition and a cultural art gallery.

On the two days that follow, there will be different multicultural performance shows that cover music, dance, singing, and more. There will also be Chinese lanterns on display, series of activities related to the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, story-telling, a Multicultural Food Market, and cultural classrooms that cover a wide variety of Chinese cultural activities. Not to mention that there will also be potential prizes to be won!

All of the activities presented are family-friendly and are suitable for individuals of all ages from different cultural backgrounds.

We hope to see you there!
