About

Pinoy Roots Rondalla is a group of Filipino kids playing 14-string guitar like instrument that is indigenous from the Philippines. The Rondalla is an ensemble of stringed instruments that consist of Bandurria, Laud, Octavina, Bass and Guitar. The word Rondalla is from the spanish word "ronda" means "serenade".

We play instrumental music in different genre from folk songs, pop, blue-eyed soul, classic rock, Original Pilipino Music (OPM) and children's songs.

There will be Rondalla and Philippine dance workshops, crafts and arts activities, Philippine crafts exhibit and Zumba.

Special performances of Pacific Island Dance Troupe Society, Edmonton Indonesian Community Association and Zumba Master Manny Arban.
