About
Facilitated in French, these activities will increase your sense of joy, wellbeing and belonging to community! Try your hand at making homemade cards with pressed flowers or participate in a guided collage exploring your connection to the French language in Ontario. A Zumba class in French will make you laugh and sweat! Delicious and easy to make recipes using Pulses will also be shared by video by a dietitian. These activities will get you social and having fun in French!
