It's not a party without bubbles! However we don't have a champagne budget so we've enlisted Victor Limbeek, the Bubble King. His giant bubbles mesmerize young and old alike. Stop to chat, and Victor's always willing to share the secrets of his avocation, and you'll learn about winds, humidity and maybe even some mixing tips.
