About
Join the Brant Historical Society at 39 Beverly Street W. in St. George - the former St. George Public School - and step back in time to learn about the history of education in the County of Brant!
Visitors will have the chance to view a display of photos and archival documents with information about the former County of Brant schools, participate in our "School Bells" program - a mock 1840's classroom lesson, complete with reading, writing, and arithmetic sections - as well as a walking tour of St. George*.
*The walking tour of St. George is weather dependent - if the weather is nice, tours would begin at 10:30am, 12:15pm, and 1:45pm. Organizers will make the decision to go on the day of the event.
