About
Holi is a Hindu festival that celebrates spring, love, and new life. Some families hold religious ceremonies, but for many Holi is more a time for fun. It's a colourful festival, with dancing, singing and the throwing of powder paint and coloured water. Holi is also known as the "festival of colours". Holi is a Spring festival in India, but we will pay our respects to this wonderful festival in the fall.
Join us for the fun "run" around the Jubilee Park loop as you are showered with colours! This is a fun run, jog, walk or roll! Move at the speed and method best for you. We will meet in front of the Credit Union Spark Centre at 1pm before moving to our route in Jubilee Park.
