About

Qigong in the Park is a welcoming, interactive demonstration held amidst the serene landscapes of Palmer Park. Participants are gently guided through a calming Qigong sequence designed to expand the breath, awaken the body, and ground the spirit—leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and open to the day ahead.

Rooted in ancient Chinese tradition, Qigong is a holistic practice combining slow, intentional movement, mindful breathing, and meditative focus. It supports improved mobility, enhances mind-body awareness, and fosters both mental clarity and physical vitality. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, gentle exercise, or a way to reconnect with nature and yourself, this session offers an accessible and nourishing experience for people of all ages and abilities.

Everyone is welcome to participate—whether you’d like to follow the entire flow or simply join in at your own pace, at any point during the session.
