Join us for a festive day celebrating the fall harvest and the beloved pumpkin at our annual Pumpkin Day! This free, family-friendly event is packed with activities and entertainment for children of all ages. Here’s what we have lined up for you:

Event Highlights:

• Professional Pumpkin Carver: Watch as an expert carver transforms a 75 to 100-pound pumpkin into a masterpiece.

• Pumpkin Carving Competition: Show off your carving skills! Each family can receive one pumpkin (while supplies last) to carve on-site. Top pumpkins will be recognized with a reward.

• African Drumming: Engage in a vibrant drumming session with an African drummer who brings 60 drums for audience participation.

• Indigenous Storytelling: Experience captivating stories from an Indigenous storyteller.

• Face Painting: Two talented face painters will be available to transform faces into magical designs

• Reptile Show: Get up close and personal with fascinating reptiles.

• Live Music: Enjoy live performances by local musician Paul Whittaker.

• Live Dance Performance: Delight in the performances by our local dance troupe, the Blue Bonnet Lassies.
