Sahaja Yoga Meditation

Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation which brings a breakthrough in the evolution of human awareness. It was created by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and has since spread all around the world.

The truth is that meditation is a state of silence, peace and satisfaction that cannot be achieved using the mind, but rather through the balancing of energy within us.

Following the raising of your kundalini energy or self-realization, Sahaja Yoga will teach you how to cleanse the subtle system and deepen your meditations. We have classes all over GTA and they are also absolutely FREE.

We believe that culture and tradition are absolutely vital to sustaining a successful society (national and international). People from all corners of the world, all walks of life and religious backgrounds enjoy Sahaja yoga; it stands to reason therefore that Sahaja Yoga is a culturally rich and diverse organization.
