About
Our Child and Youth Practitioners will be facilitating fun creative therapeutic activities for children and youth to participate in. Each activity will have a purpose in tackling various behavioral needs of children. For example, for Children with anxiety, we've found colouring is one of the most effective ways of calming down a child by distracting the mind and bringing it back to a state of regulation. For families, there will be a variety of simulations, so they're able to gain insight into what it feels like to have a behavior such as ADHD.
