About

There is considerable evidence that visualization is a productive and positive way to focus attention and channel energy into achieving goals. Creating a vision board, a visual representation of wants, desires, and needs, is a way of to tangibly focus your thoughts, and keep them in your mind. Our vision board workshop will provide you with all the tools and materials you need to create a vision board, as well as ideas to ponder as you create. Our social setting will inspire you to connect with others, share stories, and meet new friends.
