Winnipeg’s Contemporary Dancers creates, produces, presents, teaches, and promotes contemporary dance with a view to advance the art form for professional artists and audiences alike. Our work gathers people together to appreciate, share, create, and contribute to the development of contemporary dance. Founded by Rachel Browne in 1964, WCD is Canada’s oldest, and longest running, contemporary dance company.
