About

The process and understanding of the meticulous nature of Islamic Geometry serves as a healing tool in unfolding the spirit and bringing us from separation to oneness and wholeness. Every step of this process-based art takes us deeper into the inner space where the cosmos lies. We start to see the cosmos within us and ourselves in the cosmos, removing energy blocks and opening and expanding our auras.

Get hands-on experience by constructing a drawing. No skill or experience is required. All materials will be provided.

Pre-registration required. For ages 16 plus ONLY.

This workshop is created and facilitated by Anila Umar - artist and life/spiritual coach. Presented by the Assembly Hall as part of Etobicoke Lakeshore Culture Days
