This is a school event with grade 6-8 that involves masquerade masks the youth can turn into anything. Whether it's a halloween mask or a feathery, sparkling, masterpiece, the youth will have their own unique mask to wear anywhere they like. So get creative and get messy!

Our main aspect is to bring the community together through culture and creative outlooks. One of the main focuses is recognising artists throughout the North and bringing their art to local store fronts. There are many groups that branch from the arts council that have been able to become independent that host event such as concerts or even markets.
