About
The Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre Society proudly supports area artists and BC Culture Days. Local artists will be showcasing their artwork across several mediums in our Okanagan Spirits Foyer at the theatre, as well as local dance schools performing demos in our Marie Fleming Studio. Local authors will be on hand and speaking about their work and background. We invite local musicians and school bands to perform in our foyer and front steps, to provide a welcoming atmosphere for this event.
All artwork and literature will be offered for sale by individual artists and the dance schools will have informational booths set up. Our bar and concession will be open for all ages to enjoy snacks and beverages at special pricing. This event is free to the public and is an accessible building.
Patrons can also enjoy clips on our TV monitors, of upcoming SPOTLIGHT Series events featured in our 2025-2026 season. Our Ticket Seller Box Office will be open until 5 pm to purchase tickets in person for any of our events. We welcome everyone who wishes to appreciate local art and talent, as well as simply enjoy an open house at our theatre.
