"Beginner Genealogy - How to begin researching your Family History" presented by Ilene Johnston.

Ilene is a certified provincial genealogist and president of the Weyburn branch of the Saskatchewan Genealogical Society.

Vinarterta, a traditional Icelandic celebration cake, will be available for sampling. As well as a display of Norwegian Hardanger. Hardanger or "Hardangersøm" is a form of embroidery traditionally worked with white thread on white even-weave linen or cloth, using counted thread and drawn thread work techniques. It is sometimes called whitework embroidery.
