About

Learn how to cook dishes from different cultural cuisines in the safety of your own kitchen!

Each Friday in October (excluding the 29), the Rotary Centre for the Arts will release a cooking segment featuring a local cook or chef preparing a dish significant to their culture. Incorporating story and cultural knowledge into the preparation, you can cook along at home while learning about the diverse cultural cuisine in the Central Okanagan!

Find all episodes, including recipes in the video descriptions, at the RCA's YouTube channel - every Friday at noon.

Featuring Mexican, Korean, Ukrainian, and Jamaican food.
