About
Anita has lived in the Halton area for most of her life. She is a classically trained artist having graduated from the Academy of Realist Art in Toronto. Anita’s paintings speak about hope for a more beautiful world. There is a willingness to dig deeply into the brokenness of life. Having grown up in an insulated, white world, she is examining the systems of colonialism and patriarchy.
You may find Anita and many more artists in the Courtyard & Stone Building Studio Wednesday through Sunday between 12 pm and 5 pm throughout Culture Days.
