About

Due to COVID-19, we're no longer gathering outdoors at Bijou Patio, but presenting this work as a livestream at http://www.sendandreceive.org, for you to enjoy safely from wherever in the world you may be.

This multimedia presentation includes an intercontinental collaboration between legendary composer Carl Stone and Tokyo-based singer, songwriter, and improviser Akaihirume; the live-streamed debut of All Tomorrow’s Oceans, an enveloping audio-visual performance by artist and musician Xuan Ye; an excursion through the vocal landscapes of Sarah Jo Kirsch; and a voluminous version of Dimmer Switch by Colby Richardson.

Co-presented by GroundSwell.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

This event is 100% outdoors and social distancing protocols are in place. The patio capacity will be strictly enforced, and everyone must remain seated. Bijou Patio serves food and drink but masks are encouraged. Stay seated for the performances and give everybody ample space.

If you are feeling sick, stay at home. We are also live-streaming this entire event on our website at http://www.sendandreceive.org for the safe enjoyment of those unable to attend.
