About

On Sunday, September 29th author Brian Antonson will give a presentation on the Slumach and the legend of the Lost Gold of Pitt Lake. Join us between 2:00 and 4:00 pm at the General Store site of the Pitt Meadows Museum to hear all about the various attempts people have made at finding gold in the hills above Pitt Lake.

Questions and your stories will follow the talk, as will refreshments.

the Museum and Museum Society is a small non profit and registered charity that exists to preserve the past and to educate the future in order to maintain a sense of identity and pride in Pitt Meadows’ heritage. We are open year round and program for special event days and almost every Sunday afternoon from September through June we have family programs, including and afternoon event for Culture Days.
