Directions: Your workshop is located at The Music Box 1564 Argyle Ave, West Vancouver. The Music Box is located at John Lawson Park, just over the train tracks between 15th and 16th Avenue. Access to the Music Box - through the side door, facing east, towards the Lions Gate Bridge. You will be in the downstairs studio, enter and the door to the Harmony room is to your left.

About
Join Sonia Mocnik during BC Culture Days for a fun beginner's workshop, create a card with a colourful Rooster. Develop your watercolour skills using exercises to paint coloured fluffy roosters. We will learn about colour mixing, washes, paper prep and have fun interacting with your fellow community members. Share in the fun of being creative and exploring your inner artist. Family friendly, please note children under 8yrs must be accompanied by an adult!
Roosters have different meanings in several cultures. They can be associated with beauty, pride and confidence and can have different symbolisms. Come and share what your thoughts and understandings are during this fun and creative event.
