About
Dance & Move is a time to honor your body's desire to move. The session starts with an opening circle followed by the playing of a recorded playlist of danceable music. Adults of all ages welcome.
The space is focused on moving and talking in the dance studio is discouraged. We ask participants to dance in bare feet.
Every Wednesday from 1 to 2 pm in the Salloum Dance Studio.
