About
This was a live, free performance by "Lakeside Swing", a Jazz/Funk band based in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia region. It was recorded at a safe distance from a small but appreciative crowd in a cul-de-sac in Chilliwack, BC. Our music is very upbeat, and features many dance-able tunes. We (used to, before COVID) regularly play at the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel's famed 'Copper Room'.
The drummer, Ron Briggs, felt strongly about offering free local entertainment, especially for first responders and those in the health care field, as he has several neighbours who are employed in these fields.
