Georgetown Pipeband

The Georgetown Pipeband was formed in 1942 and is still going strong today. Our mandate is to provide Bagpipe and Drum instruction to children and adults. We are always recruiting both experienced and beginner players. Georgetown Pipeband competes at various Highland Games throughout the summer and have competed at the World Pipeband Championships in Scotland twice. We have won many prizes including Champion Supreme Grade 4, North American Champions Grade 5, and Best Overseas Pipeband Grade 4. We also participate in parades, concerts and performances throughout Ontario.
