About

It has been said, “old gardeners never die; they just spade away and then throw in the trowel.” If you are a gardener of a certain age but not quite ready to ‘throw in the trowel’ join us during Garden Culture Days for a presentation from long-time gardener and garden show judge Cat McGill on how to keep gardening throughout the golden years!

Presenter will be appearing via Zoom; participants may attend over Zoom or in-person at the Library Auditorium. Seating for in-person is limited to 25 and mask-wearing is encouraged.

Stratford Public Library

Stratford Public Library is an equitable, safe, and welcoming community where everyone can explore, learn, create, connect, and be inspired.

We are a place where hope and wonder fly. We envision a library which connects people, inspires learning, literacy and curiosity, and sparks change for a better community.

We hope to enhance the user experience with empowering and inclusive programs, and lead global change with the local community, helping Stratford residents build the community they want to live in.
