Directions: At the door on the far left of the main doors, you'll take stairs up to the second floor of the She Shed Building. Parking is limited, a short walk from street parking may be required and please respect the reserved for other business signs.

About
At this arts event, you will decorate a paper shoe with a message of courage, strength, or any personal reflections you wish to express. Your shoe creation will be added to a collective art project called the Shoe Story Line, which aims to raise hope and awareness about gender-based violence.
All creative supplies for decorating the shoes will be provided. This is a free event, but donations are welcome. Contributions will support Creatrix Rising, an art program run by the Archway Society. Donations of new or gently used art supplies are also appreciated.

Archway Society For Domestic Peace
Archway Society for Domestic Peace provides a wide range of supportive services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence through safe shelter, counselling, child and youth advocacy, outreach services, and collaborative community projects. The Program related to this arts and cuture event is Creatrix Rising an arts program run by artist mentors and volunteers to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence on their healing journey.
