Introduction to Traditional Pencil and Paper Animation
Artist: Danny Molek
Instructional video approximately 20 minutes, create at your own pace.
Suitable for all ages, adult companion required for youth participants
Limited free pick-up kits available. Please email [email protected] to reserve a kit and for pick-up details.

Join in and learn how to create your own traditional pencil and paper animations! The artist will show how you can take a character and add personality by adding movement demonstrated in a traditional ‘walk cycle.’ They will also show how to use other foundations and principles of technical animation to make your characters come to life!
This activity is supported by the Start Me Up Niagara Work Action Centre in Partnership with the City of St. Catharines Cultural Services Office and funded in part by the St. Catharines Cultural Investment Program.
