Join NDAC ED and Nelson International Mural Festival co founder Sydney Black on a mural tour across downtown Nelson. Have the chance to see a selection of the 56 murals that have been erected in Nelson through the mural festival over the last 6 years. Enjoy insider stories and have the opportunity to ask questions around mural creation. This tour will be approximately one hour in length and will require moving approximately 10 blocks.

No pre registration is required. Please gather at City Hall under the "Heart of the Community" mural.

Nelson & District Arts Council

The Nelson and District Arts Council (NDAC) is a registered non-profit organization that was formed in 1969 as the Kootenay-Columbia Arts Council.

All the Board Members are volunteers who are committed to promoting and encouraging cultural and artistic activities in our community. The Council has both individual and group members that draw from the greater cultural community. We provide barrier free opportunities for exhibition and education for artists and arts lovers in Nelson.

The Nelson and District Arts Council is the producer of the Nelson International Mural Festival.
