Perkins House, designated under the Ontario Heritage Act, is worth a visit for both exterior and interior features. Note the detailed brickwork and then be welcomed into an elegant foyer with original woodwork and carved newel post. Just a few families have called Perkins House their home in its 125 year history, and in that time, the practice has been preservation, not renovation!
