About
A hands-on rhythm based community drumming circle led by Akwaba Cultural Exchange. A facilitator will lead participants in playing drums and other small instruments. No musical experience needed! This is an open space for people to come together and share their love of drumming, dancing and singing. This type of activity creates social support, offers a number of proven health benefits... and it's fun!
