About
Join the Friends of Bouchie - Milburn Society and all our FRIENDS for a Historical Encampment "on the trail". A chance to enjoy and experience life on the trail prior to 1940! Back in the day pack trains forded the Fraser River travelling north and slowly climbed into the hills. Six miles out they settled in a grassy meadowland with a stream. The hill is Six Mile Hill (Bouchie Lake Hill), the meadow was at Six Mile Corner, and the stream was Bouchie Creek. Everyone welcome to participate and experience it!
The event will be held in conjunction with the 8th Annual Bouchie Lake Harvest Festival.
