About
Nordic Walking is a great low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens the core and upper body. The use of walking poles reduces stress on hips and knees, and encourages the body to use more muscle and burn more calories. This program will be held outdoors weather-permitting, and includes body weight conditioning exercises and a stretching component. Walking poles are provided. Age: 18+
