We will be covering several foundational techniques and movements from our standard martial arts program as well as self defense fundamentals, strategies and practical situations. No prior experience is necessary to attend the class, ages 17+ welcome.

Classical Martial Arts Centre has been serving the Oakville community since 1996, and is an affiliate of Classical Martial Arts Canada (www.cmac1.com). Give yourself an hour and Energize Your Life!
