Hi Im Debbi Morrison. Heres a little about me.
My Husband and I moved to the 1000 Islands Region a few years ago after living in the GTA. I had owned a floral shop there where I focused all my creative juices and raised my kids.
Moving here helped me get back into my childhood roots. I spent all my time sketching anything I could find and in high school I loved spending time in the art classroom and spent many a night working on backdrops for the school plays. I loved every minute of it.
Before moving here I started back into my painting and found it was like riding a bike. Now that we have retire and have more time to spend to enjoy nature and our little town, I have time to put on canvas my views and experiences from the beautiful eastern Ontario and some of our other travels
