Discover Islamic heritage through the amazing STEAM contributions of medieval Muslims! Get hands on with amazing inventions in science and engineering, and learn how Muslim civilizations changed our world!

This presentation is geared towards children and familes, but all ages are welcome to attend. Younger children should be accompanied by an older child or adult.

Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) is a public library system serving communities in the City of Vaughan. VPL consists of thirteen libraries and 1 express self-serve storefront that house a collection of more than 550,000 items and receives an average of 2.5 million visitors each year. Among VPL's resources are an assortment of technology and creative equipment, digital resources and databases, and knowledgeable staff who are ready to assist.
