The Jamaican cuisine is known worldwide for it's use of spices and herbs, and once on the island one of the dishes you will be told as a must try is the "Ackee and Saltfish". The national dish of Jamaica is a favourite amongst Jamaicans and visitors to the island. Ackee a fruit is paired perfectly with the salted cod fish. Join us as we teach you to always have a taste of the island at you finger tips, as we teach you how to prepare this wonderful but easy to make dish.
