About
The Celebration of Dance showcase will highlight the many different types of dance that Red Deer has to offer. This will be done through performances and activities for the public to engage in. Different dance organizations can promote dance as part of our cultural heritage. This will benefit the community as they gain knowledge of the diverse forms of dance that are produced and performed in Red Deer. This year’s event will focus on an outdoor demonstration and interactive line dance lesson.

Country Pride Dance Club was established in Red Deer, Alberta in 1991 for all of the Central Alberta community to learn and love the passion of Country Western dance. 2021 marks 30 years the club has been promoting dance in Alberta.
Red Deer Arts Council's mission is to inspire, support, and stimulate arts and culture in Red Deer through education, advocacy and programming.
