About

Create your cultural identity with stamps during Culture Days 2019!

Have tea and share your thoughts. The activity is a social cultural project in which people can explore wishes, thoughts, and share opinions by using stamp cards. Create holiday tree ornaments by stamping postcards. The program is a therapy project exploring ideas, feelings, emotions, and colours. Explore the English language in a social expression of art. Learn cultural mentality and behaviours.

The model of activity is inspired by Vancouver-based artist Justin Langlois. Justin did a great exhibition in Kelowna: Negotiating Power, presented at the Rotary Centre location from May 11 - June 23, 2018. Justin Langlois' practice explores language, socially engaged art, and playful forms of public expression related with an idea.

This event is part of the Christmas Wishing Series.
